Du meinst sicher "Erzeugung tierischer Grundnahrungsmittel" auf der BOKU oder?
Falls ja, da gibt es Unterlagen auf BOKUlearn (sofern Du angemeldet bist) bzw. auf http://www.mydrive.ch (Ben.: Ernaehrung, PW: noproblem).
