wieviel gramm etwa wiegen diese 10nmol PCR-produkt, wenn das amplifikat 2Bq lang ist (mittleres Mw eines nukleotids ist 550, 1 Bq sind 2 nukleotide!!)

so in etwa könnte das ausschaun
1 Bq = 2 Nucleotide
2 Bq = 4 Nucleotide
1 Nucleotid = 550g/mol
4 Nucleotide = 2200g/mol
1 mol ...............2200g
10nmol..................x g

2200 x 10E-8 = 2,2 x 10E-5
keine ahnung ob das so stimmt

ich komm auch auf irgendwas mit 2,2, es sollt aber 10^-3g rauskommen...versteh ich nicht...
