hallo,
kann mir jemand helfen...
in welchem zusammenhang stehen glutaminsäure und folsäure? weil nahrungsfolat ist ja polyglutamat und freie folsäure monoglutamat...
blöde frage...aber vielleicht kann mir jemand die connenction erklären.

also ich verstehs schon...folsäure entspricht der pteroylmonoglutaminsäure. aber ist dann folsäure gleich eine aminosäure?
sorry...da steh ich irgendwie auf der leitung...
