also als allererstes eluieren mal die carorine da die am wenigsten polar sind und nicht so gut an die säulenmatrix binden.
danach eluiert das chloro a (hat hals rest eine methylgruppe) und dann chloro b (aldehydrest).
chlorophyll b ist am polarsten und hat die höchste affinität zur säulenmatrix.
