hey, wollt euch fragen welche formel ihr für den GU verwendets wenn der BMI unter 25 liegt. Weil die Formel bei dem link vom online test ist ja erst für einen BMI von 25-30???

also ich nehm einfach immer die 0,9 bzw. 1,0 kcal/kgKG/h
die haben sie bei den übungen auch an die tafel geschrieben, also sollte die eh passen.

was habt ihr bei Frage 1 als Ballaststoffdichte, egal wie oft ichs nachrechne, ich komm immer auf 2,39 und es is immer falsch...

ja das stimmt auch, aber du musst auf eine kommastelle runden, also 2,4.dann passts!

Hat schon wer den Recall gemacht?
Ich war grad dabei (habe mein eigenes Essen eingegeben) und bin völlig schockiert, wie schlecht die Ergebnisse sind... alle Werte, zumindest bei den Mikronährstoffen sind zu niedrig.

Ja ich hab ihn schon gemacht und bei mir sieht das auch alles voll schlecht aus :-( hab mich schon total gewundert und bin die Mengen nochmal durch, aber stimmt eig alles. aber da bin ich froh dass es nicht nur an mir liegt

Bei der Frage zur Ballaststoffdichte: bekomme ich jedes mal teilweise richtig :-( die Kommastelle stimmt nur die Antwort scheint falsch zu sein bzw. nur teilweise richtig?!Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?
