ich glaub schon. die rechnung wär dann so:
2,6-DCPI: 0,0032mmol
Ascorbinsäure (:2) = 0,0016mmol
m = n * M = 0,0016 * 176 = 0,28mg/ml
0,28mg … 2ml Fruchtsaft
x mg … 1000ml Fruchtsaft
x = (1000*0,28)/2 = 140mg / Liter Fruchtsaft
weil 2 ml = 2g
so hab ichs bei meinem protokoll und der tutor hats abghagerlt
