also ich such mir ganz am anfang sozusagen immer eine einheit raus, auf die ich alles umrechne...
hier willst du dpm auf 4 ng bezogen rechnen, also rechne ich alles mit nano:
du hast pmol und willst nmol:
1 pmol = 10^-3 nmol
also 2,2 x 10^6 dpm / 10^-3 nmol = 2,2 x 10^9 dpm/nmol
dann weiß man, das MW = 10^6 g/mol = 10^6 ng/nmol sind!
also schlussrechnung:
2,2 x 10^9 dpm ........ 1 nmol ......... 10^6 ng
x dpm ............................ 4 ng
x = 8,8 x 10^3 dpm
