Also ich hab zB 19 444,41 mg/100g und 4675,16 kJ/100g dh doch, dass ich 19,44441/4,67516 rechnen muss und da kommt dann raus 4,159...g/MJ, aber kann das wirklich stimmen? Weil die Ballaststoffempfehlung liegt ja bei 30 g/d und das kommt ja nicht mal annähernd hin! Bitte, bitte helft mir!!!
