Scooby erklärt euch mit 7 einfachen Regeln wie ihr euch gesund ernähren könnt 
#1) "The first thing you have to do is free yourself of that romantic notion that meals are a social event - they are not!"
#2) "Meals are a 5 to 10 minute activity that you fit in between classes or while working at your desk."
#3) "If it tastes good, spit it out!"
#4) You need to eat 4 breakfasts! (this will ad up to a total of eight tasteless meals -> go to bed at 9 p.m.)
#5) Ad a scoop of protein powder to everything you eat!
#6) Load your trunk with as much food as possible!
#7) "If you don't know the nutritional content of every food that goes into your mouth, you gonna fail at fitness" Minute 12:14.....no servas.....da muss man aber ein wandelnder BLS sein....
